Christmas Break in AZ/CA

Hello wonderful readers!
My Christmas break was jam packed full of amazing memories with friends and family.
This post is mostly just a TON OF PICTURES! After a long and exhausting finals week at BYU, I was more than happy to have time to take so many pictures with the people I love. It is so true that the tough times in life just help you to realize how precious the good times are.
Bridgett and I are the worst at following the directions on the gingerbread kits but we end up creating some pretty funny looking houses (or more like My Little Pony stables this year). We spent the first couple of days in Gilbert with cousins and also got to see the Mesa temple lights.
Christmas eve was full of fondu and family just like every year since I can remember. So much cheese and chocolate! Plus, my cute baby cousins loved the fort that I set up outside.
Most of the rest of the break was spent at Disneyland! We have been holding strong to this tradition and this was one of the best years yet.
Bridgett kept trying to break my lollipop with hers so I took a clack at hers and ended with the picture on the left^^^! haha. She actually ended up cutting her tongue on it while licking that bright/sugary goodness for the fourth consecutive hour! And no... we didn't even get close to finishing them before we tossed them and swore to never waste our money again. At least the pictures were cute! Oh and we got our Disney Sweaters from Forever 21.
I just kind of realized that my blog is just a bunch of pictures of my sister and I... And I'm pretty happy about it because she is my best friend and forever will be! I'm not even a little bit sorry.
I know we have you all convinced that we are photogenic, but in reality we look like this (Picture on the right) 99% of the time. Pretty embarrassing but fun to be around!

The rest of our time in California was spent in Newport. Ate deliciously large crab legs and mussels, took pretty pictures on the pier, and went to the temple.
Bridgett kept creeping closer to the seagull and was pretty upset when he flew away.
Nothing makes me happier than to think that someday I will get to love someone the way my parents love each other. They are the most beautiful example of a love that is deep, eternal, and FUN! I'm so blessed to have them as my example of selfless love.
We ended the break by going to the University of Arizona Fiesta Bowl Game where we lost to Boise State. I was bummed for sure but the tasty/massive nachos helped me cope with the loss. Seriously though, those nachos were heaven sent. If you actually read this whole post than I am super suprised because this post was RIDICULOUSLY long. My bad.

I am so very blessed to have these memories to look back on. :) I am the WORST at journaling but I'm happy I get to remember these moments because of the pictures we took. Have a great weekend readers and don't forget to take pictures!
